The Cootes to Escarpment EcoPark System is pleased to offer a private landowner assistance program through the Hamilton-Halton Watershed Stewardship Program. The purpose of this program is to encourage and assist private landowners to become stewards of their own lands within the Cootes to Escarpment EcoPark System area.

There are a variety of ways that landowners can permanently protect their properties with natural features such as woodlots, wetlands, meadows and creeks. To find out more, please see the Permanently protecting land in the ecopark system page on this website or contact the Cootes to Escarpment EcoPark System Land Securement Coordinator.
Donations from individuals, corporations and foundations are welcomed to support land securement, stewardship, recreation,education, research and special projects and programs.
